Beets and Roots

Do you forget to explore your local places….? I do sometimes. I love exploring when I go to new places, finding the hidden gems … yet often they are right on our doorstep. I would love you to share your favourite local place and where you are in the world.  I discovered on my door step, Beets N Roots café, juicery and organic eatery in Cotham Hill, Bristol.

Packed full of tasty, rainbow veggie foods, recipe creations from Rosie Letts, Super Bowls, smoothies and more…. which even my meat friend gave a 10/10! Rebecca the owner is wonderful, the vibe and atmosphere are happy and relaxed, and it’s great value. Pop down and give it a whirl, just what will you choose…?!. I chose the Buddha Bowl, with an Orange Juice, and my friend had the Chickpea Burger….. packed full of goodness.

Plus, you can pick up a pot of Nut Cessity butters which are yummy (or order online).

I’d like to say a big thanks to Social Light App for asking me to visit.  If you like this kind of place I highly recommend Deliciously Ella Mae Deli in London, El Fenn in Morocco, Hendersons in Edinburgh, Elf Café in Los Angeles, and Passion Café in Ibiza …. I could go on, and many of the best are tiny hidden gems which are not on social media… but your turn!! (Let me know if you’ve been to these though!).

Happy exploring, locally and far away. All my support to fuel your adventures.
