I’m super excited to announce that I am taking part in the Himalayan 100 mile stage race this week!

The route and altitude outline is here.

This challenge will be for Jenny, raising more funds for her charities – and also on the other days for encephalitis society (for all their support), Darjeeling children’s charity (in loving memory of Albert Harrington) and Hound for Heroes supporting PTSD (and Remembrance Sunday) and Nai (autism children’s charity after the wonderful growth of my client Teresa). I’m doing it more for awareness as I have literally no idea if I can do it. If you do donate please link with Kim’s #himalayan100 unless Jenny’s page.

Day 1 is 20 miles and 6,000ft of climbing!

For Jenny, Albert and all those who need courage and strength.

Our character grows through the chaos of trauma if we have the courage to face it.

Here are the charity links for each day:

Click here for a detailed day to day of where I am (day 1/-3 race days low reception / contact we are told).

Day 1 – in memory of Jenny, my beautiful cousin.

Day 2 – help to support a local child.

Day 3 – for all the support and hope they give to so many including me, if I can achieve this it will be amazing.

Day 4 with Jake in mind – PTSD – service men and women.

Day 5 – in support of Autism following working with a client for 5 years and seeing the difference in supporting her – small local Welsh charity.
