Quick Festive Feel Good Tips into 2020

Make time this festive time: ️

  • Pause and take care of yourself, whatever this means and if only for a moment each day
  • Call, text, write, hug, pop in to see people you love
  • Get outside in nature, breathe deep, enjoy the moments, love
  • Eat yummy food, hydrate
  • Dance, listen to music, move your body
  • Hug a person or / and dog or any animal!
  • Volunteer or / and give to charity – I’ve donated to Marmalade Trust today
  • Be kind and patient
  • Remember your value is not based on the value of your presents but the value of presence
  • Support local and little businesses
  • Thank those who have helped you this year
  • Get some good sleep
  • Know you matter
  • Believe in happiness, have hope and look after your health, mind, body and soul
  • Do something different
