I had a brilliant weekend at Royal Windsor Triathlon, seeing everyone taking part, and the determination and joy in their achievement was wonderful, you are all amazing.
My joy – good people and conversations…. loved catching up with my beautiful friend & total inspiration Michelle Dillon fresh from winning the Brit Tri Champs, connecting with Milts, a friend of my lovely cousin Jenny who sadly is no longer with us & chatting Mindset & Mental health with Jonny Wilkinson….

The biggest thanks to everyone who came to my Mindset & Recovery talks on the Wiggle stage, loved all your questions, thank you.
