I’m a bit nervous, IT technically I’m not that savvy, my set up isn’t insta perfect and yoga nidra is new to teaching since qualifying in August with Sacred Paths Yoga, hypnosis and NLP visualisations I’ve done for years. You’re also likely to get my Bert dog with us. So if you can deal with this, I promise I will wholeheartedly give each one of you a whole lot of support, magic regeneration and simple tools to flow in Autumn.
