I am super proud to be asked to continue my Ambassador role for the third year with Sweaty Betty. Such an inspiring, energised brand, empowering women to feel good, inside and out. 100% in line with what I teach & train you all to feel and be.
By the way, did you see Jessie Pavelka, Fat:The Fight of my Life with Sarah this week? She lost nearly 9stone and completed an Olympic Distance Triathlon in Jersey, pretty damn amazing! And the best bit is that she began to really like the person she was. This, is empowering and will be what keeps her on track.
A thought, when you look in the mirror do you like what you see? Are you kind to the person that is reflecting back at you? Everyone has a bad day or two, when this can be a challenge but learning to love and respect the person you are is the key to success and good times, well being and health. If I can help you with this, with my Energised Inside Out Programme do let me know. It really is something I am totally passionate about, and have learned so much myself about how important this is.
Get your Rave on…. back to the title of the blog! If your pennies are tight this month, Sweaty Betty are offering free fitness classes at their boutiques and on line, so you have no excuses! Free 45mins workouts, wherever you are in the world – just click here to find out more and get involved all September: http://www.sweatybetty.com/get-your-rave-on-with-septembers-get-fit-4-free-campaign-blog1156/
This will definitely help you to feel great, inside and out. Last week we ran a Free VIP Triple Ambassador evening for the Bristol Boutique to kick start the training. Expert Tracy taught us some life saving self defence moves and Charlotte cooled us down with some relaxing Yoga. In the middle, I upped the intensity with a HIIT/Tabata led session to burn fat and energise the Team, based on a feature I commented on in Grazia earlier this year, and one of the most popular training methods around. The feedback seems to be that it worked!
So whatever you love to do, or would love to dare to try… do it! Move that beautiful body of yours, dance, spring, smiles, jog, walk, spin, whatever works just give it a go. Strictly Come Dancing (we are supporting the awesome Natalie Lowe all the way, you could try her FitStep programme) starts soon… a perfect time to commit to getting fit as the celebrities start their journey too! How fit in mind and body would you like to feel by Christmas? Begin…
And make sure you are kitted out well to avoid injury, support your body and feel great whilst you train. I recommend Sweaty Betty Kit (of course), Shock Absorber Sports Bra’s and Mizuno or Nike trainers, what do you love! Let me know…
To an Energised, Positive and Happy September, let’s get our Rave Fitness on!
