Congratulations to Flo and The Hawkstone Farmers Choir who participated in Britain’s Got Talent this week. You are amazing 🙂
I’ve always worked with several farmers supporting them with their mental health, physical strength and so much more, it’s a privilege. From livestock to flowers, horses to tatties and so much more…
They are amazing humans.
Having being brought up on a farm, lambing the sheep, first job at 14yr cycling to the Farmlife Centre wearing green dungarees and a badge saying Farmer Kim….
I used to whizz home from school, change and be out on the farm with Willie & Mary..definitely made me appreciate hard work, purpose, a cup of tea and nature.
I know just how hard they work, how isolating it can be and the pride and care they take, whatever the season or time.
Just some good Charities which help if you need or to share:
Britains Fittest Farmer is a great challenge each year to get involved with….
Do you know a farmer or rural small business, give them a shout out on your social media – check in on them,
You’ve got this… all in 🎶 🐑
Happiest weekend Team, whatever you do, whatever you dream of doing…. maybe take a wee step this weekend, who knows what may happen next
I’m here to support and help you believe in you.
Reach out anytime to share your happiness, questions and for online support, Coach Kim.
