Something I specialise with is empowering women to feel not only confident in their body, but in their mind as well. To give them the tools and confidence to really feel content in themselves. After many years of personal training, it became apparent that whilst people were becoming fitter, they were still lacking in confidence in themselves.
I really wanted to help people feel better, Inside and Out… this led to training in my Masters in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy with Emma James, accredited course.
Combining fitness for the mind and body has been totally rewarding and exciting for my clients… the changes I have seen with people has brought tears of joy to us both many times! When someone realises they are beautiful, and can be fit and strong, this is why I do what I do.
I have been an Ambassador for Sweaty Betty for several years, and I am proud to work with such a great, positive, passionate brand. Last week we ran our first VIP Inside Out Mind Body Workshop, combining these tools to a fully booked group, in Bristol.
