Sometimes you have to trust the magic of new beginnings.
Some quick things which might help you:
- Start to trust yourself even when you don’t, take the risks, make the decisions – you are enough.
- Feel all the feels, even the messy, hard ones as this is life and then they don’t get stuffed and stuck inside you, feeling heavy – I’m working on this one.
- Communicate, conversations, good food, friendship is so important – connection matters.
- Be mindful of ‘busy’, your time choices and courageous daily habits. Allow yourself time, yet also commit to growth – unlock even more of your potential, be that sport, life, love, business, adventures.
- Have fun, allow yourself to feel happiness, whatever you do, you will have done your best, don’t surprise your happiness – it builds resilience and also brings lightness.
- You will survive and can thrive, but you have to process stuff in whatever way works for you.
