I am totally overwhelmed and humbled to win National Inspirational Fitness Personality…it’s been emotional.

When I was a teenager in self sabotage, I had an idea and a PE project of my business, 22yrs on…I have the privilege of growing the dream…to help each person believe in themselves and follow their dream, little or big. And to have the tools to navigate the beautiful chaos life brings us all and the thoughts in our head.
Like us all, I still sometimes doubt myself, yet last night reminded me of the heart and soul of life, to trust in the good. And while not everything unfolds how we wish in life, it’s filled with so much beauty and possibility if we only have the courage to take the step…
So to each person last night, to you reading this and to the most amazing, beautiful human @karengibson_fitness organising this, the judges @leedonald @stevewatsonifs and his well deserved lifetime award @lisahillierfitness, whoever nominated me, @natashajohnson8401 @nateoffer and each person, let’s come together and keep supporting, inspiring and growing together.
I know so many inspiring people, quietly making a difference, they inspire me….Wholeheartedly
All that matters is the love we give and receive, the people around us.
So reach out this week and lead with love, live bravely, dig deep when it’s tough and celebrate wholeheartedly when it’s great.
For time is our gift, today is present.
