Happy March!
We’ve had clients doing 10km to half marathon’s, free diving comps, music gigs, tennis, football, racing car, GB Synchro and netball youth talent plus complex GP referrals, what a privilege to work with you all…..
Running a small business is amazing, challenging, tough and sometimes chaotic, I am grateful for each of you, more than you probably realise.
Did you make a decision, change or take a risk/commitment to yourself in 2026…how’s it flowing – and what might you like to make happen between now and 27/03/2027? Just a thought perhaps..
Reflecting on the year so far..how are you? Your business, life, family. Sometimes things can feel a lot. I’m here to support you from anxiety and overwhelm, to performance, hopes and dreams. Nothing is ever too small, trivial or too big to pop a message as see what may help, or/and even just to share.
When I started to bring this month’s newsletter together I was struck by how many ideas we can have, yet time keeps moving forwards. I was going to message you around Valentines, Single’s Day and Random Act of Kindness, to remind you to connect with those you love, do something you love for yourself and be kind to yourself and those around you. So I thought I would pop a reminder in here.

As Bob Marley would say… kindness & love is all we have at the end of the day…
I wondered how helpful and kind you are to yourself?
I believe kindness is also doing the hard stuff, making decisions, getting uncomfortable, making changes, for this is actually kind to yourself and allows growth away from things which may challenge you. With others, kindness is different to acceptance. You can still be kind to others, whilst perhaps not agreeing with their behaviour or setting a boudary. Let me know what you think. I like David Hamiltons Kindness books as they are linked with science, research and date, as well and the more spiritual side.
Here’s a quick journal prompt for you, I’m going to do them too…let me know how you get on – if you could answer these four questions what would you do:
– What will you give up, perhaps a negative thought pattern or behaviour. The key is what you will replace it with and why, so there is a positive incentive and step by step plan, we can help you if needed.
– What big decision, or little decision, risk or change will you make? And do you need accountability for it?
– What, who, where brings you joy and how can you nourish this before Spring begins?
– If you reflected back to 2025 what have you learned, loved and keep saying you are going to do? Then, if you project forwards to 2027 (or 4 months if easier), what will you have achieved, commited too, explored and changed?
Using events like Easter, Bank Holidays & Birthdays are great times to edit our journey in life and make sure we are on the path that feels best for us now, not being scared to take a new path.
I’d love to know how you get on with these.
Like anything, we can control how we look after ourselves in terms of sleep, hygiene, managing stress, good foods, happy times. Love to know what you think.
I’m training some athletes for events all over the World, including Olympians, and then many local races. Do what works for you, taking into consideration the uncontrollables like isolation.
I remember when I went to Sierra Leone and Ebola broke out, all you could do was manage the variables you could control.
As you set and flow into your March goals and focus, take a pause and decide smartly what could be different and most effective, and if we can help you discuss a change, get in touch.
Make sure, third month into 2026 they are feeling ‘right’ for you…remember, to get something different, you have to do and think differently?
Change is key for change, if you don’t change something consistently, nothing changes.
It’s a huge pleasure supporting so many of you through February and we are looking forward to supporting you even more in March. Check out the courses and events below, and as ever, don’t be shy to contact me and ask a question to see how we can help.
Finally, Daniel Levitine’s book and thoughts on Ageing are profoud, simple and good for us all. Here’s some Golden Rules from GP’s to live well – do you agree with any or what would you add?
BIG good luck if you are racing, adventuring, making life changes.
We are here to support you, do contact us and share your news.
