Last week I was invited along to Sweaty Betty Soho to their #AW15 Press Preview of their #AW15 collection as one of their proud Ambassadors…. and I…

Love, love, love the #AW15 Sweaty Betty #TomBoy Collection!

The #TomBoy collection is inspired, fresh, functional and stylish, taking inspiration from California’s pastel colour palette and skate parks of Venice Beach, to the unexpected beauty of oils spills on concrete as seen on the race track. WP_20150430_005[1]

The collection looks within the athlete, at the inner drive that propels us towards our goals and aspirations. The season focuses on pushing boundaries, moving away from your comfort zone and getting to the finish line.

I love these words from Founder Tamara.  Perfect synergy of values, aspirations and hopes to become the best person that we can be, with courage, commitment and consistency.

The collections starts to meet the Boutiques and on line from late Summer, the perfect time to stretch your comfortable zone and achieve your ‘impossible’.

I see it as a great timeline to committing to an impossible goal start date…..August Bank Holiday, that’s your commitment date to begin…. so you have plenty of time to get things organised, investigate and explore….

The whole collection make me think of this quote from Mary Oliver,

‘Tell me…. what is your plan to do with your one, wild and precious life…..’?

Tweet me @kimingleby and let me know, I would love to share our Wild Collection of Adventures and Experiences this Autumn…..

Pop to the Bristol Sweaty Betty Boutique for my Mental Strength & Confidence Workshop on Tuesday 19th May & then Happy Beach Bod Workshop in July- booking instore essential.
