#Kimpossible thought….
Just a quick note to wish all the Life Fitness Finalists the very best of luck as I write, they are in action in NYC at David Barton Gyms.
I’m really sad I can’t be there, yet the right decision as still on the floor with the medication to remove the weils virus & affected brain neurology, last round just finished with scarily low stats but riding out the other side :-). Fingers crossed, if it works, which I pray it will (and even if not), I have so much to give once back 🙂
Yet this post is about the Life Fitness Global Judging Day….#pttowatch2014
I would like to wish the finalists the very, very best of luck. Really relax and enjoy it, be yourself and give your best.
The judging day last year really was one of the best days in my career, challenging and rewarding, meeting life long friends & inspiring me to learn, develop and grow, offering more to people all over the World,
The fitness, performance and well being industry is such an amazing, growing industry, where we are privileged to help make a huge difference to peoples lives, mind and body. I’m proud to be part of this growing industry and part of the Life Fitness team.
Over the last year I have learned so much more from the weils virus, around neurology, nutrition, as well as educational training in functional strength and neuro science.
Without a doubt this has and will help me to be an even better, wiser trainer, offering even better mind and body solutions & confidence for people from all backgrounds and areas in life.
As the global trainer to watch I have raised £37k for charity, walked a marathon in Sierra Leone and another with Sam Branson, have a range of athletes, Team GB and media personalities for mental strength training & sports massage, a Mag Book coming out in December and 3 new programmes in the New Year.
I’m excited, hopeful and nervous about my journey to health, returning to full strength and making a real difference globally to peoples health, confidence, fitness and well being,
If there’s one thing I have learned, its to go for your dreams, grab each opportunity and have courage to allow yourself to always learn, grow and be your best, whatever the circumstances, find the goodness. This will give those around you the belief and courage to start their journey …
So, with the biggest sadness I am not with the Global Judging Team, yet the greatest learnings and gratitude to Life Fitness, I wish you all so much luck.
I know the finalists are all amazing & unique in their skills, passion and business. So enjoy each moment, write those moments of inspiration and ideas down…
And to the winner, a big, big well done, you rock! I very much look forward to meeting you next year if not before, and all the finalists at some point,
Thank you, Life Fitness, once again for your patience and understanding, truly grateful,
Watch this space….. I will be back with more sparkle, strength and solutions for you:-)
With lots of courage to be your best and support, thinking of you all #Kimpossible
ps. The BIGGEST Good Luck to my Athletes. Photo below is with Sam & Rach, two amazing ladies I coached to walk to the North Pole for Breast Cancer, as you do, respect.
