It means a huge amount… I wanted to complete the application forms for myself… to make my brain put together all the information, to write the plans, get the references, build my confidence. That was my challenge…. that was winning for me. Mentioning the encephalitis and the crazy journey was not part of it….

It was about upping my game, challenging myself to ‘put myself out there’, giving myself the confidence that Energised Performance is amazing, and filled with the most amazing Team of Coaches & Clients who ROCK.

It really didn’t enter my head I might be short listed… or even win… that’s why I was down on the Blackpool beach 30mins before taking photos of the sunset… well it was amazing!!

However… I won! Yippee, yippee…. Everything I wrote in my application about what I love in the industry, what I want to make happen… how i want to make a difference and really give people the tools the realise that whilst anything is not always possible, something always is…. and with the support, tools and belief from someone…. you will realise this, and realise you are a pretty awesome human being.

So it’s with great excitement and happiness I share this STAR of celebration, joy, hope and courage for you all…. for all you have done, hope to do and will do – For us all.

I will write a little more, people to thank, things i learned…  but for now….
